REPUBLIC ACT NO. 1708 - AN ACT AMENDING CERTAIN ITEMS OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED TWELVE HUNDRED

AN ACT AMENDING CERTAIN ITEMS OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED TWELVE HUNDRED

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. Items (3) and (28), sub-paragraph q , paragraph three, title A, section one of Republic Act Numbered Twelve hundred, are hereby amended to read as follows:

"(3) Repair and improvement of Central School and Home Economics Buildings, Ginatilan P10,000.00

"(28) Construction of one additional room, Oslob Elementary School Building, Oslob 5,000.00"

SEC. 2. Item (13), sub-paragraph q , paragraph four, title A, section one of Republic Act Numbered Twelve hundred, is hereby repealed.

SEC. 3. Insert as item (98), sub-paragraph q , paragraph three, title A, section one of Republic Act Numbered Twelve hundred, the following:

(98) Construction of an additional room, Nueva Caceres Barrio School Building, Oslob P4,000.00

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
