AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN EMERGENCY HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN JOSE, PROVINCE OF OCCIDENTAL MINDORO.

Be it enacted by the Senate, and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Director of Medical Services, an emergency hospital in the Municipality of San Jose, Province of Occidental Mindoro, to be known as San Jose Emergency Hospital..

SEC. 2. The Secretary of Health shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
