Pursuant to Presidential Decree No, 330 dated November 27, 1975, it is hereby directed that the Leyte Sab-A Basin Development Authority, the Southern Philippines Development Administration, and the Special Committee on Scholarships be transferred from the Office of the President and attached to the National Economic and Development Authority.
