REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3290 - AN ACT REAPPROPRIATING THE SUM OF FORTY THOUSAND PESOS WHICH IS THE UNEXPENDED BALANCE OF FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS APPROPRIATED UNDER ITEM (17), PAGE 183, SUBPARAGRAPH "ab" FOR THE CITY OF MANILA, PARAGRAPH 4, TITLE A, SECTION ONE OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED TWELVE HUNDRED.

AN ACT REAPPROPRIATING THE SUM OF FORTY THOUSAND PESOS WHICH IS THE UNEXPENDED BALANCE OF FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS APPROPRIATED UNDER ITEM (17), PAGE 183, SUBPARAGRAPH "ab" FOR THE CITY OF MANILA, PARAGRAPH 4, TITLE A, SECTION ONE OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED TWELVE HUNDRED.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The sum of forty thousand pesos which is the unexpended balance of fifty thousand pesos appropriated under item (17), page 183, subparagraph "ab" for the City of Manila, paragraph 4, Title A, Section one of Republic Act Numbered Twelve hundred, to wit:

"(17) New Public Toilets and Bath, Fourth District— Construction P50,000.00"

is hereby reappropriated for the asphalt paving, filling and construction of curbs and gutters of the streets and alleys in Mendoza Estate, Santa Ana, City of Manila.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
