Format of the amounts that will appear in the Additional Information Schedule (SCHAD.DBF) and the Consolidated Statement of Condition schedules

TO : All Universal (UBs) and Commercial Banks (KBs)
Effective for reports as of 31 March 2005, the amounts that will appear in the Additional Information Schedule (SCHAD.DBF) and the Consolidated Statement of Condition schedules including its sub-schedules (Schedules 1 to 17) shall be in an absolute amount format, which format conforms to the amounts appearing in the General Ledger (GL) template report.
To effect the above revision, the data structure particularly the length of the "amount column" is further expanded to 17 with two decimal places.
