TO : THE CONCERNED JUDGE AND LOWER COURT PERSONNEL

SUBJECT : LOCALIZED PRE-DEMOLITION CONFERENCE FORUM ON 8 JULY 2015 AT THE SENIOR CITIZEN CONFERENCE ROOM, MUNICIPALITY OF ODIONGAN, ROMBLON

The Presidential Commission for the Urban Poor will hold a Localized Pre-Demolition Conference Forum on 8 July 2015 at the Senior Citizen Conference Room, Municipality of Odiongan, Romblon.

In connection therewith, the following judge and lower court personnel are hereby authorized to attend the forum, on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that there is a prior permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and that there shall be no disruption of the court calendar:

The above-named judge and lower court personnel shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, their respective certificates of attendance within ten (10) days from their receipt thereof.
