BANGSAMORO AUTONOMY ACT NO. Begun and held in Cotabato City, on Friday, the 29th day of March, 2019
OF THE BANGSAMORO AUTONOMOUS REGION IN MUSLIM MINDANAO. ADOPTING THE OFFICIALFLAG AN ACT
Be it enacted by the Bangsamoro Transition Authority Parliament in session assembled:
Mindanao (BARMM), hereinafter referred to as the Bangsamoro Flag. there is hereby adopted an Official Flag of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim SECTION 1.Adoption of the Official Flag.-Pursuant to Section 2 Article II of RA 11054
Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao is free to adopt its Bangsamoro Flag that is reflective of its peoples' identity, history, heritage, struggles and aspiration. SEC. 2. Declaration of Policy.- In the exercise of its right to self-governance, the

c. The bottom side portion of the whole length of the Bangsamoro Flag shall be in red HEX CODE:#FF3333) and occupies the last one-third (1/3 of the whole flag.It symbolizes the blood of the fallen mujahideen who fought for the recognition of identity and self-determination of the Bangsamoro.
