REPUBLIC ACT NO. 2419 - AN ACT TO ESTABLISH A BREEDING STATION IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MURCIA, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. There is hereby established a breeding station in the Municipality of Murcia, Province of Negros Occidental, under the supervision of the Director of Animal Industry.

SEC. 2. The Director of Animal Industry shall appoint such personnel as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act.

SEC. 3. An amount of thirty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to implement the purposes of this Act for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said station for the fiscal year ending June thirty, nineteen hundred sixty.

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon the date the funds authorized herein to be appropriated shall have been provided for.
