REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5013 - AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE PAYON BUGAN PILOT OPPORTUNITY SCHOOL OF AGRICULTURE IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LAMUT, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE, TO OFFER A FOUR-YEAR REGULAR VOCATIONAL AGRICULTURAL COURSE IN ADDITION TO ITS PRESENT CURRICULUM.

AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE PAYON BUGAN PILOT OPPORTUNITY SCHOOL OF AGRICULTURE IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LAMUT, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE, TO OFFER A FOUR-YEAR REGULAR VOCATIONAL AGRICULTURAL COURSE IN ADDITION TO ITS PRESENT CURRICULUM.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines m Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The Payon Bugan Pilot Opportunity School of Agriculture in the Municipality of Lamut, Mountain Province, is hereby authorized to offer a four-year regular vocational course in addition to its present curriculum.

SEC. 2. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the operation and maintenance of the said school for fiscal year nineteen hundred and sixty-seven. Thereafter, such sums as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
