Consideration of March 27 - 31, 2002 as non-reserve days
CIRCULAR LETTER Series of 2002
TO : All Banks and NBQBs
This is to clarify that during the Holy Week spanning the reserve weeks March 22 -28, 2002 and March 29 - April 4, 2002, March 27- 31, 2002 shall be considered as non-reserve days. It is therefore understood that any reserve deficiency at the close of March 26, 2002 shall also be applicable for March 27 - 28, 2002 with respect to reserve week March 22 - 28, 2002 and for March 29 - 31, 2002 with respect to reserve week March 29 - April 4, 2002.
