I-GAMING LICENSING AND REGULATION GROUP Electronic Gaming Licensing Department MEMORANDUM 04 September 2025 TO : ALL GAMING SYSTEM ADMINISTRATORS ALL GAMING VENUE OPERATORS ALL LICENSEES OF INTEGRATED RESORTS ALL GAMING AFFILIATES ALL SUPPORT SERVICE PROVIDERS FROM : THE ASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT II SUBJECT : UPDATED LISTS OF APPROVED BRANDS AND DOMAIN NAMES/UNIFORM RESOURCE LOCATORS ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Please be informed that the lists of approved brands and domain names/Uniform Resource Locators (URL) of the PAGCOR-accredited Gaming System Administrators and Licensed Casinos of Integrated Resorts with online gaming platforms (OGP), are currently updated and posted at the PAGCOR website through the link: https://www.pagcor.ph/regulatory/cegs.php. For any inquiry or clarification on the above lists, you may coordinate with the EGLD not later than 11 September 2025; after which, the lists shall be considered final. Correspondingly, all previously registered main brand and domain names along with the sub-brand and sub-domain names /URLs not found in the final lists shall be reported to the Department of Information and Communications Technology for blocking.
