Reminder on the Discontinuance of Submission of Various Reports to the DES

To reiterate, banks are no longer required to submit hardcopies of the following reports to the DES: 1. Consolidated Daily Report of Condition 2. Consolidated Weekly Report on Loans and Investments 3. Monthly TB Form 2 (Control Proof List) 4. Monthly TB General Ledger Template 5. TB Form 2 {CSOC/ FRP plus all schedules) 6. BSP Form No. QO8 - TB (Report on Real Estate Exposure) 7. Monthly TB Form 5 Consolidated Statement of Income and Expenses and Surplus 8. Monthly TB Form 5a Consolidated Statement of Income and Expenses on Microfinance 9. Monthly Statement of Condition / FRP by Branch 10. Monthly Consolidated Statement of Condition / FRP (Head Office) 11.
