AN ACT TO AMEND A CERTAIN ITEM IN REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED TWENTY-SEVEN HUNDRED AND ONE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. Item (h), sub-paragraph Cebu III, page 340, Section 2-c, Republic Act Numbered Twenty-seven hundred and one is hereby amended to read as follows:

"(h) Napo Elementary School Building,Carcar Construction of 2 rooms, "Noel" Type

P8,000.00"

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Enacted, without Executive approval, June 18, 1961.
