CIRCULAR LETTER Series of 1996
TO : All Banks and Non-Bank Financial Institutions with Quasi-Banking Functions
The Monetary Board, in its Resolution No. 136 dated February 7, 1996, authorized the establishment and operation of TOWER DEVELOPMENT BANK as a thrift bank.
The Certificate of Authority to operate was signed/issued by Mr. Edgardo P. Zialcita, Officer-in-Charge, on October 16, 1996.
The bank started operations on October 25, 1996.
