D E C I S I O N

LEASE; UNLAWFUL DETAINER; DAMAGES.—The first lessee having abandoned and left the store leased to him and failed to pay the agreed rental during the time he was out has no right to the possession of the store and cannot ask for damages arising from the lease contract from the second lessee.
