Arion Ang , was duly notified that petitioner's initial presentation of evidence is set on February 23, 2015 and was ordered to submit the parties' Joint Stipulation of Facts and Issues within twenty (20) days from January 22, 2015 or until February 11 , 2015, which petitioner's counsel failed to comply. WHEREFORE, the case in caption is hereby DISMISSED for failure of petitioner to appear at today's hearing and for its failure to comply with the lawful order of the Court (Section 3, Rule 17 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure, as amended).
