HESOLUTION

The reeords show thet this case was previously

dismissed for laek of interest on the part of peti-

tionor to prosecute his appeal (ooe Resolution of

November 7, l964). Upon motion of counsel for peti-

tioner, the said resolution was reaonsidered in order

to afford appellant another chance to have his dny in

court. However, despite proper notirication, neither

petitioner nor his comsel appeared vhen the case was

called for hearing on June 20, 1966. Thereupen

counael for the Governnent moved for dismissal of the

sppeal, which motion was grented in open court.
