REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE BUREAU OF INTERNAL REVENUE Quezon City October 15, 2003 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 43-2003 SUBJECT : Amending Pertinent Provisions of Revenue Memorandum TO Order No. 29-2003 Relative to the BIR Text Raffle Promo: "Bayan, I-Txt and Resibo" - Part II : All Assistant Commissioners, Regional Directors, Revenue District Officers and Other Internal Revenue Officers Concerned. I. Objective: This Order is being issued to amend RMO 29-2003 relative to its Mechanics, particularly Section IV.1. thereof. II. Amendatory Provision xxx Section IV - Mechanics is hereby amended to read as follows: 1. Receipts and Invoices issued beginning September 15, 2003 up to December 14, 2003 shall qualify for the raffle promo. Nonetheless, for the 1st Weekly Regional Draw (October 10, 2003), invoices and receipts entered in Part I of the Raffle Promo dated May 15, 2003 onwards shall qualify for the said weekly draw. This is to allow taxpayers and BIR personnel to be familiar with the new scheme for the draws. xxx III. Effectivity This Order takes effect immediately. (Original Signed) GUILLERMO L. PARAYNO, JR.
