AN ACT TO AMEND ITEM (a), GROUP I, SUB-PARAGRAPH (47), FOR THE PROVINCE OF SORSOGON, PAGE 118, PARAGRAPH f, SECTION TWO OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED SIXTEEN HUNDRED THIRTEEN.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. Item ( a ), Group I, subparagraph (47), for the Province of Sorsogon, page 118, paragraph f , Section two of Republic Act Numbered Sixteen hundred thirteen is amended to read as follows:

"(a) Gubat Public Market-Purchase and improvement of additional site, including construction of market tiendas P50,000.00."

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
