Please be advised that Bangko Sentral Registration Document (BSRD) No. (DE) 96-00940 dated 9 September 1996 evidencing registration of the foreign direct equity investment of Rodamco Philippines, B.V. (present name: Ocmador Philippines B.V.), The Netherlands in Makati Prime Ventures, Inc. has been reported lost.
Above-mentioned document has been applied for replacement and should not be honored if found and presented for purchase of foreign exchange for capital repatriation or profit remittance pursuant to Section 40 of Circular No. 1389 dated 13 April 1993, as amended.
