REPUBLIC ACT NO. 835 - AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF FAMILY SUBSISTENCE ALLOWANCE TO CARRY OUT THE PURPOSES OF SECTION FIVE-A OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED FIVE HUNDRED AND SEVENTY-THREE, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED EIGHT HUNDRED AND FIFTEEN.

AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF FAMILY SUBSISTENCE ALLOWANCE TO CARRY OUT THE PURPOSES OF SECTION FIVE-A OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED FIVE HUNDRED AND SEVENTY-THREE, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED EIGHT HUNDRED AND FIFTEEN.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. To carry out the purposes of section five-a of Republic Act Numbered Five hundred and seventy-three, as amended by Republic Act Numbered Eight hundred and fifteen, the family subsistence allowance of PEFTOK, personnel is hereby authorized to be charged against any funds appropriated for PEFTOK, or any savings from the appropriations of the Department of National Defense for the current fiscal year.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
