Suspension of Atty. RUBEN R. ALDEA from practice of law.

For the information and guidance of all concerned, quoted hereunder is the pertinent portion of the Resolution of the Third Division of this Court, dated January 20, 1988 in Administrative Case No. 3122, entitled "Juan V. Aldea vs. Atty. Ruben R. Aldea":

"Adm. Case No. 3122 - (Juan V. Aldea vs. Atty. Ruben R. Aldea). x x x

"On November 9, 1987, the Court required the respondent to comment on the complaint within ten (10) days from notice.

"On January 4, 1988, this Court received a motion from the petitioner stating that the respondent was served with a copy of the Court's Order on November 27, 1987 and he refused and failed to submit his comment.

"Considering the foregoing, the Court Resolved to SUSPEND Atty. Ruben R. Aldea from the practice of law until further orders from this Court. x x x"
