Small and Medium Enterprise Development Week

CIRCULAR LETTER Series of 2003

TO           :       All Banks

In observance of the Small and Medium enterprise Development Week, every third week of July of each year, as mandated under Presidential Proclamation No. 256 dated September 14, 1993, all banks are hereby enjoined to participate in the joint celebration by both the government and private sectors which will be on July 21-25, 2003.

All banking institutions and their branches, through their respective Associations (BAP, CTB, RBAP) are therefore requested to provide full support to SMEs through promotional activities such as putting up of counter displays, streamers, billboards or theme logos as well as other relevant publicity as may be appropriate for the occasion.  This year's theme is "Maraming Pera sa SME, Maraming Tulong sa SME".
