REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9352 - AN ACT CONVERTING THE ANAO-RAMOS ROAD IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF ANAO AND RAMOS, PROVINCE OF TARLAC INTO A NATIONAL ROAD

AN ACT CONVERTING THE ANAO-RAMOS ROAD IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF ANAO AND RAMOS, PROVINCE OF TARLAC INTO A NATIONAL ROAD

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The Anao - Ramos Road in the municipalities of Anao and Ramos, Province of Tarlac, consisting of 8.4 kilometers, more or less, is hereby converted into a national road.

SEC. 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
