REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES DEPARIMENT OF FINANCE BUREAU OF INTERNAL REVENUE December 15,2021 U22 tr' REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER No. : SUBJECT Prescribing the adoption and use of the BIR Project Management Manual TO : All lnternal Revenue Officials, Employees, and Others Concerned This Order is issued to prescribe the adoption and use of the BIR Project Management Manual, which contains some of the generally-recognized and accepted concepts, principles, processes, and tools in effective project management. The Manual, which was produced by the Project Management and lmplementation Service (PMIS), shall be used as a reference document in the management of projects in the BlR, particularly in defining project concepts and terms, use of various tools, forms and templates, and adherence to prescribed procedures and guidelines. Revenue officials, employees and others concerned who are designated as project leaders and implementers shall be guided by this Manual in managing their respective project activities.
