REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7805 - AN ACT DECLARING JANUARY 28 OF EVERY YEAR AS A NONWORKING SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF CAVITE TO BE KNOWN AS JULIAN FELIPE DAY
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. In celebration of the birth anniversary of Professor Julian R. Felipe and in recognition of his talent and ingenuity in the masterful constitution of the national anthem, the 28th of January of every year is hereby declared as a nonworking special public holiday in the City of Cavite to be known as Julian Felipe Day.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Lapsed into law on September 1, 1994 without the President's signature, pursuant to Sec. 27(1), Article VI of the Constitution.
