AN ACT REAPPROPRIATING CERTAIN UNEXPENDED BALANCE APPROPRIATED IN REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED SIXTEEN HUNDRED THIRTEEN.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
