AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF CLERKS OF COURT, BRANCH CLERICS OF COURT, AND CIVIL AND CRIMINAL DOCKET CLERKS OF FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURTS OF CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY AND MISAMIS ORIENTAL IN THE COORDINATION MEETING ON ENHANCED PRE-TRIAL PROCEEDING (A.M.No. 04-1-12-SC-Philja)

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), in coordination with the National Judicial Institute of Canada (NJI), will conduct a one-day Meeting on Enhanced Pre-Trial Proceeding for Clerks of Court, Branch Clerks of Court and Civil and Criminal docket clerks of Cagavan de Oro City and Misamis Oriental on June 28 and 29, 2007 respectively at the Mallberry Suites, Cagayan de Oro City.

The following judges are the facilitators:

1. Hon. Divina Luz P. Aquino-Simbulan 2. Hon. Edgar-do T. Lloren RTC, Br. 41, Pampanga RTC Br. 18, Cagayan de Oro City

The attendance of the participants in this meeting shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS.

Formal business attire is required. No companion and substitution of participants shall be allowed.

The judges-facilitators should see to it that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearings.
