SUBJECT : UN Security Council Resolution No. 1022 Lifting the Economic Sanctions Against Serbia and Montenegro (the Government in Belgrade)
In accordance with the attached letter of the Department of Foreign Affairs, Office of European Affairs to the Governor of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, please be advised that effective immediately, all economic sanctions against Serbia and Montenegro (the government in Belgrade) are hereby lifted.
This supersedes Memorandum to Authorized Agent Banks dated June 26, 1992.
