REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6195 - AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF DOÑA TRINIDAD BOLIVAR MEMORIAL NATIONAL HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF POTOTAN, PROVINCE OF ILOILO, TO POTOTAN NATIONAL HOSPITAL.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The name of Dona Trinidad Bolivar Memorial National Hospital in the Municipality of Pototan, Province of Iloilo, is hereby changed to Pototan National Hospital.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
