Certification of Compliance to be submitted by banks within seven banking days after end of June and December
CIRCULAR LETTER Series of 2003
TO : All Banks
To ensure uniform implementation of Circular No. 336 dated July 2, 2002, the Certification of Compliance, to be submitted by banks within seven (7) banking days after end of June and December, shall be signed solely by the Vice-President for Administration or Human Resource or Personnel, or by any officer assuming equivalent responsibility. Accordingly, attached is the that excludes the Compliance Officer as signatory.
Moreover, the Certification of Compliance shall be considered as a Category B report.
This Circular Letter shall take effect with the Certification of Compliance for the semester ended December 31, 2003
