REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9069 - AN ACT DECLARING MAY 14 OF EVERY YEAR A SPECIAL WORKING HOLIDAY FOR OBANDO, BULACAN

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. It is hereby declared that May 14 of every year, being the Foundation Day of Obando, Bulacan, shall be a special working holiday for the same.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of national circulation and at least in two (2) local newspapers and/or community newsletters.
