Please be advised that Bangko Sentral Registration Document (BSRD) No. (DE/S) 95-00468, covering the foreign direct investment in Pharmacia AB Philippines, Inc. of Pharmacia International N.V. (now: Pharmacia International B.V.), the Netherlands, has been reported lost.
Above-mentioned registration document has been applied for replacement and should not be honored when presented for capital repatriation or dividends remittance pursuant to Section 40 of CB Circular No. 1389 dated April 13, 1993, as amended.
