REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7433 - AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF THE SURIGAO DEL SUR PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TANDAG, PROVINCE OF SURIGAO DEL SUR, TO ADELA SERRA TY MEMORIAL HOSPITAL

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The name of the Surigao del Sur Provincial Hospital in the Municipality of Tandag, Province of Surigao del Sur, is hereby changed to Adela Serra Ty Memorial Hospital.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
