Ma. Lourdes S. Burgos, appeared. Counsel for the petitioner, Atty. Ian B. Lapinid, failed to appear despite notice. Petitioner filed an "Urgent Motion To Reset Hearing" on September 6, 2011. The Court denied the said motion for lack of merit. Due to the absence of petitioner's counsel in today's hearing, and considering that petitioner was already given a final warning during the hearing on June 13, 2011 as to any further resetting, Atty. Burgos moved that the case be dismissed. Atty. Burgos further manifested that respondent has not yet received a draft Joint Stipulation of Facts and Issues from the petitioner. The Court granted the said motion. Accordingly, the instant case is hereby dismissed for failure of the petitioner to prosecute. SO ORDERED. Q.c.~e.&.L Q, JUANi:TO C. CASTANEu#,JR.
