ATTENDANCE AT THE EVALUATION WORKSHOP ON THE TRIAL COURT MEDIATION PROJET FOR SELECTED CEBU AND DAVAO JUDGES, CLERK OF COURTS, BRANCH CLERKS OF COURT AND COURT PERSONNEL

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA) and the Philippine Mediation Center (PMC), in coordination with The Asia Foundation (TAF), will hold a two-day workshop for Selected Judges, Clerks of Court, Branch Clerks of Court, Court Personnel, Mediators, Lawyers and Party-Litigants of Davao and Cebu City, to be held on April 20-21, 2004, at the Marco Polo Hotel, Davao City and on April 27-28, 2004, at the Cebu Grand Hotel. The workshop will evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the court-annexed mediation project visa-vis the operation of the Philippine Mediation Center.
