REPUBLIC ACT NO. 2905 - AN ACT TO AMEND CERTAIN ITEMS OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED TWENTY-THREE HUNDRED ONE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representative of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. Item ( q ), page 377 of Republic Act Numbered Twenty-three hundred one, is amended to read as follows:

" ( q ) Lipata Elementary School shop building, Minglanilla—

Construction .................P5,000.00."

SEC. 2. Item 15(a), page 528 of the same Act, is amended to read as follows:

"15. Carcar:

(a) Valencia public market............P15,000.00."

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
