REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE BUREAU OF INTERNAL REVENUE Quezon City May 26, 2010 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 49-2010 SUBJECT : Amendment to RMO No. 12-2010 on the Assistant Chiefs' Challenge System TO : All Internal Revenue Officials, Employees and Others Concerned ________________________________________________________________________ I. AMENDMENT TO RMO No. 12-2010 Item No. 8, Rule II (Policies and Guidelines) is hereby amended to read as follows: "8. The AC shall submit to the Commissioner of Internal Revenue, copy furnished the Head of Office, a final report on the results of the project for the period February to June 30, 2010 not later than July 9, 2010." II. REPEALING CLAUSE Other issuances or portions thereof not consistent with the provisions of this Order are hereby repealed or amended accordingly. III.
