REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6274 - AN ACT ESTABLISHING A PILOT PROJECT FOR ANIMAL INDUSTRY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF GAMAY, PROVINCE OF NORTHERN SAMAR, TO BE KNOWN AS GAMAY ANIMAL INDUSTRY PILOT PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled: SECTION 1. There is hereby established, under the direct supervision of the Director of Animal Industry, a pilot project for animal industry, in the Municipality of Gamay, Province of Northern Samar, to be known as Gamay Animal Industry Pilot Project.
SEC. 2. The sum of fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of the funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said pilot project during the fiscal year nineteen hundred seventy. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
