BRIGANDAGE (1904-1907).—From the Court, of First Instance of Leyte. Judgment of (lie court below affirmed, and penalty of death imposed upon Faustino Ablen approved, as it appeared from the evidence that he was the chief of all the leaders of bands of brigands m the mountains of Leyte.
