REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5875 - AN ACT ESTABLISHING A BREEDING STATION IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PAGANIBAN PROVINCE OF CATANDUANES, TO BE KNOWN AS THE PAGANIBAN BREEDING STATION AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREOF.

SECTION 1. There is hereby established, under the direct supervision of the Director of Animal Industry, a breeding station in the Municipality of Paganiban, Province of Catanduanes, to be known as the Paganiban Breeding Station.

SEC. 2. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of the said breeding station during the fiscal year nineteen hundred seventy. Thereafter, such sums as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

SEC. 8. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
