REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE BUREAU OF INTERNAL REVENUE Quezon City June 10, 2011 SUBJECT : REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 27-2011 TO : Amending Certain Provisions of Revenue Memorandum Order No. 11-2011 Relative to the Reportorial Requirements of the Human Resource Development Service (HRDS) All Internal Revenue Officials and Employees Concerned I. OBJECTIVE This Order is being issued to amend certain provisions of RMO No. 11-2011, Subject: Reportorial Requirements of the Human Resource Development Service (HRDS), including Annex A to clarify the distribution of reports submitted by the National and Regional Offices. II. AMENDATORY PROVISIONS Section II (1) of RMO No. 11-2011 is hereby amended to read as follows: "II. POLICIES AND GUIDELINES 1. The original copy of the reports indicated in the Inventory of Reports required Marked as (Annex A) shall be submitted to the prescribing office while the duplicate copy to remain in the preparing office, except that of the Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Networth (SALN) and Original/ Promotional Appointments. Regional reports that need to be coursed through their respective Regional HRMUs shall require additional copies to serve as file copies" III. REPEALING CLAUSE This Order supersedes all revenue issuances and/or portions thereof that are inconsistent herewith. IV. EFFECTIVITY This Order shall take effect immediately. (Original Signed) KIM S.
