DIRECTING SHARTA JUDGE, COURT PERSONNEL AND ARMM COURT PERSONNEL TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SEMINAR ON STRENGTHENING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CODE OF MUSLIM PERSONAL LAWS OF THE PHILIPPINES

The Philippine Judicial Academy : (PHILJA), in partnership with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and The Asia Foundation (TAF), wall conduct the fifth in a series of seminars on Strengthening the Implementation of the Code of Muslim Personal Laws of the Philippines on May 21 to 24, 2007 at the Lantaka Hotel, Zamboanga City.

Attendance at this Seminar shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS. Travel expenses to and from the seminar site will be reimbursable after submission of the required documents.

The participating judge should see to it that his respective court calendar would be properly managed for the duration of his participation in the seminar and the parties are notified in advance of any cancellation of hearings.

Formal business attire is required. No companion and substitution of participants shall be allowed.
