D E C I S I O N

Appeal from an order granting letter of guardianship over Isabela Dolojan, in favor of Dominador Guerrero, to facilitate the marriage of the then minor Isabela Dolojan to Pablo Canto.

The question having become moot as the minor is now eighteen years of age and can contract marriage under the law even without parental consent, the petition for guardianship is dismissed.
