REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5588 - AN ACT CREATING BARRIO TIBAGON IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PANTUKAN, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The sitios of Tibagon, Maubog, Kumating and the northern portion of the sitio of Magapalway are separated from Barrio Bongabong, Municipality of Pantukan, Province of Davao del Norte, and are constituted into a distinct and independent barrio of the municipality, to be known as Barrio Tibagon.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
