REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10096 - AN ACT CONVERTING THE SOCORRO — NUEVA ESTRELLA — BARANGAY PAMOSAINGAN ROAD, PROVINCE OF SURIGAO DEL NORTE INTO A NATIONAL SECONDARY ROAD

AN ACT CONVERTING THE SOCORRO — NUEVA ESTRELLA — BARANGAY PAMOSAINGAN ROAD, PROVINCE OF SURIGAO DEL NORTE INTO A NATIONAL SECONDARY ROAD

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The Socorro — Nueva Estrella — Barangay Pamosaingan Road, Province of Surigao del Norte is hereby converted into a national secondary road.

SEC. 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
