In line with the enro!lment of the BUREAU OF INTERNAL REVENUE to

Apple Inc.'s Apple Developer Program. the authority to sign the current and subsequent

versions of Apple Developer Program legal agreements is hereby delegated to:

Chief. Systems Development Division MS. ANDRELIZA R. CALA

By virtue of this Order. Ms. Cala will have the legal authority to bind the

BUREAU OF INTERNAL REVENUE to any legal agreement presented on behalf of the

Apple Developer Programs. AIso. by virtue of this Order, the BUREAU OF iNTERNAL

REVENUE is expressing its intent to participate in the Apple Developer Programs.

This Order shall take effect immediately.
