REPUBLIC ACT NO. 1759 - AN ACT AMENDING A CERTAIN ITEM IN REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED, ENTITLED "AN ACT APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR PUBLIC WORKS AND AMENDING REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED NINE HUNDRED AND TWENTY."

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. Item eleven, for the Province of Negros Oriental, of section one under title B, Highways, page two hundred seventy-two of Republic Act Numbered one thousand two hundred, is hereby amended to read as follows:

"11. Lipayo-Mag-aso Feeder Road, Dauin—Construction ..................... P 25,000.00"

SEC 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
