ACTION BY ADMINISTRATOR TO RECOVER MINOR'S PROPERTY. — From the Court of First Instance of Antique. Jocson, J.

Action by the administrator of the property of certain minor children to nullify a judicial sale made in favor of defendant, under protest of some of the minors. The mother of these minors had pledged the land as a guaranty of a debt owing to defendant. Judgment requiring the restitution of one-half of the land and of a portion of the produce affirmed.
