REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3650 - AN ACT CONVERTING THE LANAO NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LUMBATAN, PROVINCE OF LANAO DEL SUR, INTO AN AGRICULTURAL COLLEGE TO BE KNOWN AS THE LANAO AGRICULTURAL COLLEGE, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

AN ACT CONVERTING THE LANAO NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LUMBATAN, PROVINCE OF LANAO DEL SUR, INTO AN AGRICULTURAL COLLEGE TO BE KNOWN AS THE LANAO AGRICULTURAL COLLEGE, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The Lanao National Agricultural High School in the Municipality of Lumbatan, Province of Lanao del Sur, is hereby converted into an agricultural college to be known as the Lanao Agricultural College.

SEC. 2. The sum of three hundred fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the oration and maintenance of said school during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-four. Thereafter, such sums nay be needed for its operation and maintenance shall Deluded in the annual General Appropriation Acts.

SEC 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
